Do you offer free delivery, and how long does it take to receive my order?
Yes. Delivery by Royal Mail Tracked 24 is free on orders over £45.00; smaller orders are £4.99, shown at checkout before you pay. Order before 1pm Monday to Friday and we dispatch the same working day. Royal Mail usually delivers within 1–2 working days, Monday to Saturday – delivery times are estimates rather than a guarantee.
Once your order is shipped, you’ll get an email with the tracking number. You can also view it anytime in the “Orders” section of your account profile.
How does the subscription work?
With our subscription service you receive regular shipments of Lumi nicotine pouches at the price shown when you subscribe. That price stays for as long as the subscription runs. Choose the quantity and whether you want a delivery every month or every two months.
Can I change or cancel my subscription?
Yes. From your account you can change the next delivery date, the address and the payment method, or cancel altogether – there is no minimum term or cancellation fee. To change the quantity, email support@thelumiclub.com before your next renewal. Changes apply to the next shipment that has not yet been dispatched.
Is there a minimum subscription period?
No, there’s no minimum commitment. You can choose how long you want to stay subscribed and can cancel at any time without penalties or extra fees. Just note that once a package has been shipped, that particular shipment can’t be canceled, but future ones can be adjusted.
