LUMI contains nicotine and is addictive. LUMI nicotine pouches are tobacco-free. They are not smoking-cessation products and are not licensed as medicines.

- pregnant or breastfeeding women
- anyone who should avoid nicotine for medical reasons, including unstable heart conditions, severe hypertension or diabetes

Keep LUMI products out of the reach of children.
We already refuse sales to anyone under 18. From 29 October 2026 it will be a criminal offence in the UK to sell nicotine products, including nicotine pouches, to anyone under 18, and for an adult to buy them for someone under 18.
We do not give free samples or promotional coupons.
After you pay, Yoti checks that you are 18 or over. If that check fails we refund you in full and do not dispatch. An adult aged 18 or over must receive the parcel. See section 2 of our Terms and Conditions.

Complaints and disputes
If something goes wrong, email support@thelumiclub.com or call 0800 707 4448. We will try to resolve the matter directly with you. We do not use a paid alternative dispute resolution scheme.
If you are still unhappy you can contact Citizens Advice or your local Trading Standards service.
These terms and any dispute arising out of an order are governed by the laws of England and Wales. You may bring proceedings in the courts of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in the courts of the part of the United Kingdom where you live.
