Three strengths: Regular (6mg), Extra strong (12mg) and Ultra strong (18mg) of nicotine per pouch.
Where do you ship from, and how fast?
Every order ships from our warehouse in Sheffield via Royal Mail Tracked 24. Order before 1pm Monday–Friday and it’s dispatched the same working day; Royal Mail usually delivers within 1–2 working days.
Is the 99p price for real — what’s the catch?
There’s no catch. A subscription is 99p a can. A £6 can and a 99p can hold the same slim white pouches — the gap is retail margin, marketing and middlemen. We own the factory and sell direct, so you pay for the pouches, not the supply chain. No teaser prices, no fake bundles, no subscription lock-in.
Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
Yes. Cancel from your account whenever you like — no minimum term, no notice period, no fee. To skip a cycle, move your next delivery date forward.
What does “factory fresh” mean?
We only make what we sell and don’t use distributors, so your pouches reach you fresh — not sat losing flavour and drying out like long-stored, store-bought tins.
Are LUMI pouches the same as snus?
LUMI nicotine pouches are tobacco-free, so you could call them tobacco-free snus. Typically, tobacco-containing products are called snus and their tobacco-free alternatives are called nicotine pouches, nico pods or white snus.
